Ex-Aliseda Inmobiliaria insolvency team director, Miguel Ángel Marchena, is set to embark on a new venture in the legal services market as managing partner at Adara Legal, a boutique firm specializing in commercial law, bankruptcy proceedings and bank debt recovery. The Madrid-based firm will provide legal counsel in areas such as corporate law, insolvency, real estate, and banking.
